GoVentures originated as a part-time consulting endeavor in 1991 when Barney Gorin developed and
began teaching his short course on systems engineering and spacecraft propulsion. The firm was
incorporated in 2002 to leverage that success and the expertise and business networks of both founders,
Janis L. Tabor and Barney F. Gorin.

    Janis L. Tabor, CAE, President, has more than 35 years of experience in management and
    government relations in support of science, engineering, and other organizations. She leads
    GoVentures’ Business Support service areas. She also serves as GoVentures’ Security Officer and

    Barney F. Gorin, PE, MBA, Vice President, has more than 40 years of experience in engineering,
    research, and marketing in support of aerospace and other high-technology fields. He leads
