GoVentures originated as a independent consulting endeavor in 1991 when Barney Gorin
developed and began teaching his short course on systems engineering and spacecraft
propulsion. The firm was incorporated in 2002 to leverage that success and the expertise
and business networks of both founders, Janis L. Tabor and Barney F. Gorin.
